-20 minutes slow cardio as a warm up getting cold in NY
-Lying Hamstring curls
-Leg Press -Stiff Leg Dead Lifts
-Single Leg Leg Extensions
-Single Leg Hamstring Curls
-Walking Lunges not shown
All exercises consisted of 4 to 5 sets 8 to 12 wreps. I mainly train by feel these days and focus more on angles and contraction.
Pay attention to foot position and where the force is being generated from. Meaning are you pushing through your toes or your heels. Are you leaning forward or back. Pay more attention to these little tweaks prior to going heavier in weight and you will get more accomplished with less weight which is much safer!!
